Dear Councillor SchrinnerOn behalf of the parents at Carina State School we would like to thank you for the recent concreting work organised by you and carried out by Council staff in the parent's carpark. We have already received many positive comments from parents and your prompt attention to this matter is much appreciated. The P&C Association, on behalf of parents, would also like to request that tree trimming takes place in the carpark grounds in the near future. Specifically, the carpark entry sign on Cuthred Street is almost completely covered and similarly, the angle parking sign just near the gate entrance from the carpark to the school is partially covered. On some occasions this has caused confusion for parents and safety issues for students and pedestrians. We thank you, in advance, for your consideration and response.Kind regards,L.R.Vice President
